Felled Usurper

Baltic Porter, 7.8%

Felled Usurper is a Baltic Porter brewed with a melange of specialty and roasted malts and mashed to produce a full and coating mouthfeel. Additionally, we transferred about 20% of the wort to the kettle and boiled it down to a thick syrup before pumping over the remainder, resulting in a rich and slightly smokey note in the beer. Do not let your guard down near this one, there’s always another usurper lurking in the shadows… Clean, roasty notes of toast that’s about a second away from being burnt, plum fruit leather, and torches burning in the dead of night while lurking through pine forests.

Infused with roasted cocoa nibs, guajillo chilies, Ceylon cinnamon, and roasted pumpkin seeds. See if you can taste what we do: molasses, caramel, chocolate, and a little heat. This sweet base only comes in half pints, so remember to drink and savor it responsibly!

Barrel Aged Sour Ale 9%

Our homage to the original taproom dog is back and better than ever. Sadie presents big old world notes of leather bound books, glass jars full of aged tobacco, light raisin flavor and a mild oaky tang and that stubborn attitude that only wisened, old dogs possess. Barrel aged and slowly soured this beer just keeps getting better with age, just like our favorite dogs.

Your Friendly Neighborhood Possum

Black IPA, 6.3%

Our lovely Black IPA brewed with a selection of dark grains and hopped with Simcoe and Columbus hops for a super piney and dank experience. Clean notes of camping in the woods and getting lost amongst the pines, wisps of smoke on autumn winds, and the warm feeling you get when you see the friendly possum in your neighborhood.
